Refund and Returns Policy
The iMed Reads™, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our business and the sale of physical books, we do not offer refunds or returns for any books sold through our website.
Damaged Books
In the rare event that you receive a damaged book, please contact us immediately at contact@theimedreads.com with details of the issue, including a photo of the damage if possible. We will work with you to resolve the problem and, if necessary, provide a replacement book at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 7 working days.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect book due to an error on our part, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct book to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect book to be returned to us. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 7 working days.
